Eva’s pulled back hair, colorful silk scarf and gold disc earrings are all very European. And I simply adore her pearly swing coat.

The one thing I can’t stand about this outfit is the boots. They just don’t seem to fit in. I would have much rather have seen her in a chic heel or shorter, more fitted boot. These knee-high brown boots just don’t seem fair to the rest of the outfit.

Eva is always cute though, so I can’t really knock her that much.

What’s funny is that if Britney Spears were wearing this outfit, everyone would think it’s really atrocious. But today, I’ve heard some celebrity followers say how cute Elisha looks here. Does she? Really? I don’t think so.

Maybe I’m just hating the look because of the leggings (you know how I hate leggings worn like this). Or maybe it’s the too shiny oversized gold bag.

Her brown suede boots aren’t that bad. I would have liked to have seen them with skinny jeans rather than the leggings. But I’ve always found boots to be a little uncomfortable and bulky for traveling.

You always have to take them off to go through the metal detector (even Elisha Cuthbert had to take her boots off). Instead, I prefer to wear sneakers or a slip-on shoe when jetsetting. How about you? What type of shoes do you wear when traveling?

The denim mini skirt is very stylish combined with black tights and her brown cowboy boots are adorable. Mini skirts with tights and boots are one of my favorite looks during the color weather months. The short skirt is a versatile piece that can be worn throughout the year. In the warmer weather, you can toss aside the tights and wear it with a colorful top along with an wedge sandal or gladiator sandal.

If you are bargain hunting, when the seasons change is a good time to go shopping. As the weather warms up, it’s actually an ideal period to buy boots because you can find great deals on last season’s stock.

Fergie walked through LAX last week with this bad outfit. She’s a fashion disaster a lot of time then looks quite elegant at other moments. Here, she definitely needs the assistance of a stylist.

The cropped black leather jacket and big oversized bag (of course) wouldn’t be that bad if she was wearing a coordinating pair of shoes. A black high heel or even a black boot could have worked, I suppose. But a brown boot?

Maybe she was just trying to match her footwear with her hair.

Last night, the Prada store in Beverly Hills was the site of a screening party for James Lima’s animated short “Trembled Blossoms.” I’m all for mixing textures, fabrics and colors, but umm… not like this.

Toss the fish net stockings out the window to start. I would have loved to have seen this hot pink dress with something more reasonable. Skip the grey jacket and beret, then instead wear it with a pair of hot pink strappy sandals instead of these short white boots. I don’t hate the booties, I just hate them like this.

These type of booties are actually going to be trendy throughout 2008. I’m just not sure anyone wants to see them with black stockings. I applaud Juliette for always trying to be fun and different, but everything about her outfit is just wrong.

No, I’m not going PETA on you and complaining that they are leather. I’m complaining that they are ugly. These type of boots are fit for riding, not for hanging around on the streets of Brentwood. I love knee-high boots, but the more fitted, fashionable variety.

Nevertheless, she doesn’t look that bad overall. The cardigan is definitely cute. And with a different pair of boots, the rest of her outfit would have been fine. She’s certainly someone who doesn’t need to be all dolled up to be beautiful. With little makeup and a ponytail, she’s still a cutie.

I like the whole miniskirt, tights and boots look. It’s a great way to make your shorter dresses and skirts work all year round. Here she wears a pair of knee high boots that coordinate with her fitted black leather jacket. She looks very cute!

I don’t care if she’s just grocery shopping. And it doesn’t matter that she threw a sweater on top of it … it’s still a summer dress. A flowery, flouncy cotton summer dress doesn’t belong with dark tights and tall boots.

And what do you all think of her new haircut? I wear bangs myself, but are they good on Rachel? I’m not sure.

Wearing jeans tucked into her boots and a black DCMA Collective T-Shirt, Paris carried her clear plastic shopping bags (probably not very eco-friendly). One thing that’s hysterical is that in her shopping bag, you can clearly see that she has a copy of the new issue of People magazine with “Nicole’s Baby Girl!” on the cover. It just makes me laugh that she’s reading up her friend Nicole. She probably could have just asked her to see the “exclusive” photos.

Though I do like Paris’ high heel knee-high black boots, they are very scuffed in the front. And considering that she probably has hundreds of pairs of black boots, she shouldn’t wear them. Even for the most casual occasions, there’s no reason to look tacky … particularly when you can afford not to do so!

Nevertheless, Paris still looks pulled together and stylish, even dressed down. From her sunglasses to her black patent handbag, she looks modern and chic.

First off is Rihanna, who was looking quite ostrich-like during her performance. She’s a beautiful woman, but this picture isn’t that becoming. I do love they she is wearing some great snake-embossed boots. Even as winter winds down, the reptile look will carry over into spring in sandals and pumps.

Fergie looked simply fabulous. Some are speculating that Fergie has a baby bump. Who knows about that, but she does looks amazing in yellow. I love the gold clutch and glittery silver sandals too!

Miley Cyrus looked very cute in her sparkly white-silver dress. I love all the glitz and glamour of the award shows. Miley needs to straighten her feet (the pigeon-toe look isn’t attractive) but she is wearing some fabulous shoes. Silver peep-toes are the perfect choice for her look. And whoever did her makeup gets a big thumbs up. This is the best I’ve seen her look in quite some time!
