Hilary Swank Honored at Unforgettable Evening

Hilary Swank

Hilary Swank is quickly becoming one of my favorite ladies in Hollywood. Her class and sophistication is setting her above the rest.

At Saks Fifth Avenue’s “Unforgettable Evening” benefiting the Entertainment Industry Foundation’s Women’s Cancer Research Fund, Hilary looked simply stunning from head to toe.

Hilary was honored at the event at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, where Mary J. Blige also performed. Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson, Felicity Huffman, Lisa Rinna, Lori Loughlin, Angie Harmon, Christian Slater and Natalie Cole were among many other celebrities that attanded the event.

Hilary looked beautiful in her very glitzy jewelry and neutral silk dress, which draped very nicely on her, falling just above her knee. From her glorious wavy hair to her simple sandals, everything about her looked good.

I love her choice in shoes. Though many women would have gone for a peep-toe pump or strappy heel, she choose a monochromatic look as her sandal matched her dress very nicely.

Hilary Swank & Christina Ricci at The Palazzo Opening

Hilary Swank and Christina Ricci kept it simple when they attended the opening of The Palazzo Las Vegas last week. Both wore solid color dresses with coordinating pumps and gold jewelry.

Hilary Swank - Christina Ricci

Hilary wore a very basic brown turtleneck sweater dress. The look is very flattering on her. I love the sleeves on this dress. It’s much more appealing that it would have been with fitted sleeves. Her shoe choice is a beige suede pump.

To liven up her look, she could have chosen a print pump or a darker brown shoe. But overall, her look is simple and classy.

Christina on the other hand … eh … I’m not loving this dress at all. The neckline makes her look flat chested than she really is and the dress doesn’t flatter her body style at all. She also should have changed her nail polish color. It stands out too much and clashes with her more natural makeup.

All is not lost, I do like her hair. The blunt bangs and sandy color look very nice on her, plus her makeup is done well. If she would have chosen a fitted sweater dress or even a print trapeze dress and a peep-toe pump or strappy sandal, her overall look would have been great.
