The Food Bank For New York held their 5th annual fundraiser - the Can-Do Awards Dinner - last night at Abigail Kirsch’s Pier Sixty.

A lot of celebs were in attendance, including Gwyneth Paltrow, Lorraine Bracco, Blythe Danner, Christy Turlington, Ed Burns and Katie Lee Joel, among others.

And Rachael Ray was there too, letting it all hang out.

I’ve seen 5-10 pictures of Rachel at the event and in each one, her boob was hanging out. How could she not notice? Of course, she did.

Anyway, her outfit is atrocious. The dress didn’t have to be that bad, but her choice in stockings and shoes ruined it completely. The pearl white hose and silver peep-toe pumps aren’t good at all. Plus the shape of this dress doesn’t flatter her body type.

If she insisted on wearing this dress, she should take up the hem a little bit and pair it with a turqouise strappy high heel sandal.

Liv Tyler was out and about with her son Milo in New York City. Even though Liv is extremely casual here, she still looks a little trendy with her trench coat and leopard print shoulder bag.

Just because you aren’t going to work or a special event doesn’t mean you should just throw on any old pair of shoes. An adorable casual shoe can pull together a look. Busy moms on the go are always looking for comfortable shoes that are also styish.

Liv wears a cute pair of simple blue sneakers. She also could have chosen a colorful canvas skimmer to finish off her look.
Now that the cold weather is starting to fade (in most places), women have a lot more options in casual shoes. Embellished thongs and flat gladiator sandals will be popular throughout the spring and summer this year.

These types of shoes can be worn with just about anything - from jeans to shorts to a summery dress. Choose metallics, floral prints and fun patent leather sandals for a comfortable yet chic style.

Audrina Patridge was at the Kenneth Cole Celebrates The Awareness Fund event last night looking extremely hot. You probably know Audrina from her nude photos that were circulating around the Internet recently. Or maybe, you have actually seen her on the MTV reality series “The Hills.”

She’s a gorgeous young woman and last night she was really flaunting it (and this time, she was keeping her clothes on).

Her body-hugging grey sleeveless dress is accented nicely with her skinny yellow belt. Skinny belts are one of the biggest fashion trends this season. She keeps things color coordinated by wearing a grey pump with a bright yellow ankle strap.

If you are going to wear grey in the spring and summer, this is a great way to do it - by giving it a boost with bold accessories.

Yellow high-heel sandals are also popular for spring. If you are wearing black, grey or another neutral, they can add some real pizazz to your look. Bright shoes are a great way to add bold color to your wardrobe without it being too overwhelming.

Fashion disaster alert!! I am all for being comfortable while you are traveling but this mismatched ensemble from Elisha Cuthbert is just a little too much.

What’s funny is that if Britney Spears were wearing this outfit, everyone would think it’s really atrocious. But today, I’ve heard some celebrity followers say how cute Elisha looks here. Does she? Really? I don’t think so.

Maybe I’m just hating the look because of the leggings (you know how I hate leggings worn like this). Or maybe it’s the too shiny oversized gold bag.

Her brown suede boots aren’t that bad. I would have liked to have seen them with skinny jeans rather than the leggings. But I’ve always found boots to be a little uncomfortable and bulky for traveling.

You always have to take them off to go through the metal detector (even Elisha Cuthbert had to take her boots off). Instead, I prefer to wear skimmers or a slip-on shoe when jetsetting. How about you? What type of shoes do you wear when traveling?

Marissa Miller looked just adorable at the unveiling of the Victoria’s Secret Swim 2008 Collection. She wore a cute floral print strapless dress. The elastic bodice emphasizes her waist and the pleated flouncy skirt is very feminine and fun.

Though you might expect hereto be wearing a spring sandal, instead Marissa wore a satin pump in gold shade. Satin is out in full force this season. The sheen adds a touch of glamour even to a daytime look.

What’s great about her satin pumps is that she can wear them with just about anything - from summer dresses to jeans to evening wear.

Mariah Carey is a beautiful woman, but sometimes she really needs to tone it down a notch.

Today she was letting it all hang out as she left the Claridges Hotel in London wearing a tighter than tight purple dress.

I love purple and it’s a great color for her. But not in this dress, particularly paired with black tights.

However, let’s get to the real problem - the shoes!

Those huge rosettes on the front purple shoes are atrocious. I just don’t get why see didn’t wear a nude stocking and a classic suede pump or slingback.

I’m not sure who told her those purple shoes worked with that outfit, but whoever it is, she should fire them!

Sienna Miller was seen out and about in London earlier this week. She looked really cute as she tried to stay warm. Sometimes when people try to combine a lot of different textures, colors and fabrics into one outfit, it doesn’t work. However, Sienna actually does it well. The result is a very trendy layered look that’s still a little bit sexy with the short skirt.

The denim mini skirt is very stylish combined with black tights and her brown cowboy boots are adorable. Mini skirts with tights and boots are one of my favorite looks during the color weather months. The short skirt is a versatile piece that can be worn throughout the year. In the warmer weather, you can toss aside the tights and wear it with a colorful top along with an espadrille wedge or gladiator sandal.

If you are bargain hunting, when the seasons change is a good time to go shopping. As the weather warms up, it’s actually an ideal period to buy boots because you can find great deals on last season’s stock.

We can’t get enough of Eva Mendez.

Eva looked really cute as she was out grocery shopping this weekend. Her white shift dress features a nice geometric pattern to give it a little extra style.

And of course, she has her big round sunglasses on. I don’t think any celebrity leaves the house without oversized shades these days … even when it’s extremely cloudy or after dark. Every woman seems to think she is Jackie O.

Eva is also wearing a great pair of red thong sandals. This spring is all about color on your feet and she wears it well. She is wearing red wedges, which are not only easy to wear but also very comfortable.

What’s great about her dress is that it’s casual enough for an afternoon of shopping, but she can also change the whole look by changing shoes. You could wear this dress with a slingback pump and add a cardigan sweater or jacket for a day at the office. Or instead, you could add a strappy high heel for an evening out. It’s great to have these kind of versatile pieces in your wardrobe.

The Los Angeles Lakers are deep in the playoff race and many celeb come out to Staples Center to watch them play. Jack Nicholson might be the Lakers biggest celebrity fan, but Pamela Anderson loves her Lakers too.

Pamela wore a slouchy sweater over her tanktop at the game earlier this week. The sweater is cute but she’s still a fashion disaster.

No, I’m not talking about the fact she needs to close her legs … I’m talking about the boots!

What the heck she wearing on her feet!

This outfit could have worked with almost any shoe from a flat sandal to a summer slide to a casual skimmer. But not dark grey ankle boots with brown trim! *Sigh*

It’s like some people don’t own a mirror!

Spring just began and it looks like Eva Mendez is ready for summer in this pale yellow cotton dress.

We often see Eva dressed up, so it’s good to see her here dressed down but still looking quite feminine. The empire waist dress is gathered a little at the bust and features lots of lace trim.

She keeps her jewelry at a minimum, except a cocktail ring, and carries a shoulder bag in a black, red and white floral print.

I would have loved to see her wearing a yellow sandal rather than these brown leather thongs, but she looks great nonetheless.
